Grocery shopping... made easy??

Can it be true?


If you look like this when counting up all the ingredients you need for the week, or trying to multiply a recipe to simply feed you (and your family)... well, you're not the only one!




I hosted a free nutrition chat on Sept 24, 2024 EVERYONE on the call wanted to spend less time planning and prepping their meals at home for the week!


Grocery shopping can be a fun activity every now and then... exploring exotic fruit, rich spices, and strange vegetables... but let's be real. Most of the time, we just want it DONE and checked off our to-do list!


To help, I’m sharing one of my go-to FoodFlip tools: the Grocery List Formula. It’s a lifesaver when I’m winging it—flying by the seat of my pants—and haven’t planned out the recipes I'll be making. Trust me, it keeps things easy and stress-free! After downloading it from the attachment below, you can make a B-line STRAIGHT to the grocery store, no recipe-hunting required!


~~But if you are a "but I NEED a recipe" type of home cook, don't worry. I have simple recipes (some even with 5 or fewer ingredients) coming your way! For now, just explore the easy-to-make options at your grocery store (e.g., microwavable rice packets, rotisserie chicken) to get started.~~
